Weight Notes
It is true that the parents takes actions that a child is eating enough ant puts weight on. If you look around you will find lot of children that haves a lot of fat. So the main point is that children eats enough but not over eat.
For the next 10 years of the child life there might be health risks such as:
- type 2 diabets
- sleep apnea
- disorders like psychological disorder or depression because of the social stigmatization
There is basic tips to be used in to prevent most of the problems. And the tips are:
- changing the life style, such as having a good walk with the whole family for example
- buy good and healthy for for the family not only for the child
- there is a link between watching TV and the weight problem so it is important so encourage the family to reduce the time spent in front of the TV
Well I’ve been running in similar problem so I really home that it will help somebody.
